"Community of Concern" Parenting Resource

In 1998, as a response to a real need for a publication that could help both parents and students gain a better understanding of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, parents ** from Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Maryland, wrote and published a booklet, "A Parent's Guide for the Prevention of Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Use."

The primary focus of Community of Concern is to help keep our alcohol and drug free. Their mission is to educate parents and build partnerships so that we may coordinate our efforts to keep our children alcohol, tobacco and other drug free.
