How to Consign
Cohasset Consignment Shop - 2008
• The consignor fee is $10.00 per year.
• The consignor will receive 40% of the sale price on clothes and bric-a-brac and 50% on furniture depending on selling price.
• All Consignor checks are mailed the first week of the month for those items that sold the previous month
• Our system will not generate a check if the payout for one month is less than $5.00
• Items are reduced 20% after 30 days and 40% after 60 days.
• After 60 days (8 weeks) all unsold items become shop property and are considered a donation from you to the Social Service League of Cohasset. Please keep your item report as your receipt for your records.
• The sale of merchandise that becomes shop property funds social service programs in surrounding south shore communities.
• The shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; therefore no reimbursement is provided under any circumstance.
• Shop personnel may take your items off the selling floor and out of inventory if damage or stains are found at any time during the selling cycle. Items may be re-priced higher or lower if needed without notice.
